“The Haven is well named – it IS a haven of peace and tranquillity! All the staff (I usually see Ashley) are friendly, professional and capable of holding a sensible, interesting conversation, which sadly had not been my experience at some other places. I have had several treatments, but my favourite is a massage with Ashley, followed closely by a pedicure. The staff will give you advice if wanted, and will not try to sell you any product/treatment which may not suit you. I always look forward to going there and come away feeling great. Al in all, 10/10 for the staff, the premises and the prices!”
